I received the wrong colour hat and then had to argue with the seller to get a refund or a replacement. They kept insisting that I had to pay out of pocket to ship the wrong colour hat back even though it was their mistake. I eventually received a refund after providing screenshots of Etsy policies. But it was not enough to cover the shipping costs and the hat and I have had no further communications from the seller with details about the refund or to let me know if they will be sending me the correct colour hat. Buyer beware when purchasing from this shop.
