I appreciated the courtesy of the sellers when my order went missing in transit. They responded very quickly to my message and immediately sent a replacement. The hat is very much as described and is a lovely style. The fabric weight is great for summer and the bow is a charming touch. Unfortunately, my head doesn't seem to be a good match for the hat and it simply won't stay on. But I do have a lot of hair and -- possibly? -- an idiosyncratic head?? I'm sure this hat would work very well for others.
